Ed Alexander, Assistant Pastor

After two years assisting a church in northern California, Ed and his wife, Danielle came to Stanley Heights in 2012 to be a part of our ten-month Ministerial Apprenticeship Program (MAP). The Lord directed Ed to join our pastoral staff in June of 2013 as assistant pastor in charge of student, facility, and media ministries.

The Alexanders both have undergraduate degrees (2006) and graduate degrees (2008) from Bob Jones University. They are grateful for the opportunity to serve at Stanley Heights! The Lord has blessed them with four children, Eddy Lee (2010) Elijah (2012) Chaya (2014) and Anna (2015).

Chase Basinger, Assistant Pastor

Chase Basinger is overwhelmed by God’s grace in not only saving him but also allowing him to be in the ministry. Chase has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Voice and Music Education from Bob Jones University.

He is very thankful that he has been given a wonderful family with whom to walk this road, all of whom serve by his side. He married Mary in 2005 and the Lord has graciously blessed them with four amazing children, Clay (2006), Gracyn (2008), Luke (2010) and Avrie (2013). Chase serves as assistant pastor in music, missions, media and mobilization ministries.

Ben Muldoon, MAP Resident

Our Ministry Apprenticeship Program (MAP) is a ten-month internship for men who have completed their education, yet desire additional hands-on training and experience before launching into vocational ministry.

Ben Muldoon is our MAP resident for the 2018-2019 school year. Ben grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming where his father was a pastor. His parents are now serving in Papua New Guinea, training men for the ministry. Ben received a BS in Business and Aircraft Maintenance Management from Bob Jones University in 2014, after which he spent two years working and travelling. During those two years, God redirected his course into deaf missions, particularly focusing on the need of training deaf men for the ministry. Ben then went to Pensacola Theological Seminary and received a MA in Biblical Exposition May of 2018. Upon completing the residency program, Ben is planning on continuing to take steps necessary to establish a biblically based discipleship center for deaf men in Timisoara, Romania.
